One hr and 10 min in waiting room to have a dr come in room rolling eyes at my situation absolutely zero empathy.

The NP Sue there, and everyone else, are wonderful and knowledgeable. Diagnosed my Lyme disease and helped me to recover. My adult son also went there twice and they helped him with an infection. I highly recommend their care. Just wonderful 😊

I have gone here or brought my children here @ least 10 times last couple yrs. I’ve personally never had a problem. All the staff have always been amazing, knowledgeable, professional, and very polite. There seems to be several different providers that work here so I suppose some would be better than others and maybe I’m just lucky so far and always get the good ones. Anyway based on all my experiences I would highly recommend.

I came here and thought i’d get the care I deserve. I’ve been having trouble peeing I told them that tried telling me it was something it wasn’t. Didn’t send me with any antibiotics at all. Then discharged me. The next day I called my obgyn doctor comes to find out I have a blatter infection. This urgent care is not helpful! If your coming here turn around and leave!

My girlfriend went in to get checked out and get a chest x-ray because we believe she has pneumonia. She is vary congested, coughing, and having difficulty breathing which you can hear for a few feet away. The primary James Forrest had claimed she was completely fine and showed no signs of pneumonia or even having trouble breathing, and refused to do a chest x-ray and decided, he was going to test for covid and nothing else just specifically covid. He had seemed shocked when he seen she wasn't vaccinated and told her she absolutely had to get if she wanted to live. What kind of self respecting doctor tells a person that they are perfectly fine when they are clearly not, and demands that a person gets a vaccine that they don't want claiming they will die if they don't get it.
