I started out in the ER at St. Mary’s on 3/7/26.I had about a five minute wait in ER when paramedic Pete brought me back to a room. I’d say he’s the absolute best & most professional medical professional I’ve had the pleasure to take care of me. He knew what to do to make me comfortable & easily worked me up, started an IV, blood work & EKG. He stopped by many times during my stay in the ER to check on me & to keep me updated about all my medical tests. I was admitted to the Telemetry Unit. My transfer & care in that unit was excellent. I want mention that I got the very best care from the very caring Dr. Sudholt. I’d rank his bedside manner as the absolute best I’ve ever encountered. He took the time to educate me about my medical diagnosis. Thanks to him I’m out of the hospital & followi
Had to visit the ER today at St Marys. I’ve always been treated well and left feeling better when I’ve been there. Great XRay tech! Wonderful check in lady. Not a long wait. I recommend them !
I was seen in the pain clinic for lower back issues. I dont believe this review will get to where it needs to go but I feel like alot of people there deserve at the very least a huge thank you! They treat you as a human should. They do treat you very kindly, show concern and compassion. After I horrible experience at another facility and being treated like garbage ive discovered the difference is night and day. They are trying their best to help me get through the issue is have. I believe we'll get there. But all the way up they need acknowledgement that someone is grateful for all their efforts and treating me with dignity. The greeter is very welcoming. The people are nice, but I sat in the waiting room 2 hours (nobody else was in there but me for two hours) Never got called back came in at 8am sat til 1030 before anything. Their staff is not knowledgeable, anytime I come here the wait is forever and I promise you will leave feeling exactly like you came in.. if not worse because the irritation of the excessive wait times yet not patients will likely piss you off more. Recommend you going ANYWHERE else to actually get better, but if you just want to see nice people and chat this is the place! Highly disappointed every time coming here. (Been a blue springs resident my entire life and will drive anywhere else first)
If I could give 0, I would. I have never in my life experienced such an incompetent and poorly run "hospital." It is, at best, a walk in clinic with a revolving door. The doctors and nurses need far more education and training. My mind is blown that a cooperation that views themselves as transformative and committed to a purpose would recruit and utilize the most incompetent "doctors" I have had the misfortune of enduring. The "doctors" are among the most apathetic and pharisaic providers I've experienced in over 40 years. The interaction I had with a "doctor" (charlatan) was met with nothing but ignorance and implicit bias. The negligent provider had already (incorrectly) decided what was causing my symptoms based solely off of past blood work. My concerns were disregarded, I was given n
