If I could leave zero stars I would I literally was dismissed by Melissa patillio np telling her over and over that I have past trauma, my husband had died and I was having an extreme anxiety attack never looked up once from her computer kept telling me my blood pressure was too high and I was gonna have organ failure, or I was a candidate for a stroke and a heart attack after telling her over and over I have health anxiety instead of just helping me calm down in that scenario she made it worse. I will never go back there. You couldn’t pay me $1 billion to go

I was wary because of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised when I visited this center. Everyone I met was kind and helpful. My referrals went through within the day and I have upcoming appointments. I called them and they picked up instantly every time. Everyone from check-in, to the sweet nurse who took me back, to Dr Krutchick(who is amazing !)to check-out and even the ladies on the phone. They have all been wonderful!

My other half has finally given up his hard headed ways and sought help. They took his blood pressure, put him on meds and gave him no instruction on changing his day to day to help besides the medication. Interesting, as he's fit, so there has to be another reason his bp is so out of hand. No problem, we're smart people, we can research that on our own. He called the pharmacy 3 days in advance to refill the prescription. The pharmacy has been down for the better part of a week now, daily trying to get the prescription with no luck. Not the clinics fault but when calling the clinic to have the prescription transferred to a different pharmacy "Call back Monday is the response" that will be day 5 without medication or any type of further instruction on how to manage something that was fully

Officially looking for a new office! The people there are super nice but their processes and communications are the worst I have ever seen. I pray you do not have a Rx that needs a monthly refill. I spend up to a week every month chasing them to get it filled. I follow up with the pharmacy and they keep telling me they never received it. I ask St Mary's to CALL ME when they send the script so I know where the hold up is and I have NEVER once received a phone call. We are on 4 months in a row where my son's Rx has run out and we are skipping pills trying to strategize which days to give it to him. I am thankful this isn't a life saving Rx because I don't know what I would do. Don't get me started on their billing department that sent me to collections for a bill that they billed in

Was told that I 'bad mouthed' my primary care physician. Never happened. I stated that I needed someone who wasn't quite so booked up. THAT'S IT! All my phone conversations are recorded, so I am not mistaken. Instead of telling me that they were not going to see again - they called my emergency contact to inform them that I was not allowed to come back. This was also 3 days after my brother died- which my primary was aware of. THANKS! - Thanks for the compassion.
