PT at St Luke’s West End! I have depended on Giovanni Stracco off and on as needed for the past 5 years for lumbar spine issues. Giovanni is my GO TO for superior physical therapy and what I would consider holistic wellness care over the course of my issues. His consult is invaluable! His wisdom has guided me to make the right choices to put me on the best course of action to get me where I am today. I’m thankful that I have been able to talk and work with him anytime I need great advice. I’m better for it! Thank you Giovanni!

I recommend St. Luke's West. I have been using this facility in the last 2 years. Dr Sivolap took very good care of my annual visits. Friendly and polite staff.

This was my first time to this location. Had an MRI ordered by my doctor. My experience was not pleasant to say the least. It's understandable to be asked to change for the MRI and it's what I was told prior to the day however I was not informed everything had to be removed. I was only there to have my foot and ankle done. And being new to the facility I would have greatly appreciated it if I would have been instructed ahead of time. I wasn't even informed there were no lockers to lock up my purse which concerned me. I instead on that day watched them lock the room behind me as I went to the MRI room. Don't know if that was just to help ease my fear or what. but I was not comfortable with the situation. Once set up for the MRI it didn't go well. I am claustrophobic and was having a difficu

I've used St Lukes for a while and after coming to this location I will no longer. They are incompetent handling insurance authorizations, give the run around, ignore when you try to contact about it. I have filed complaints. I'm left paying hundreds of $s because I rather do that than contact them for the 100th time and get BS'd. It's a real shame. Be careful when getting referrals and document everything.

The staff were excellent. But the turn around time for simple x-rays to be resulted (especially when it is for a matter of pre-employment clearance), is absolutely terrible and questionably in violation of 21st century cares act!
