One star for Tiffany at the front desk bc she was truly kind and good to her core. I was looking for a new pediatrician bc our last wouldn’t accept no vaccines (I’ve done so much research on this). At the first appointment, my son developed a very wet and constant cough while waiting to be seen. It was alarming but I was relieved at least we were at the office. The PA was looking at my paperwork I filled in and when she realized I’d recently slowed down on vaccines (he’s had most of his vaccines already) she said she needed to ask if the office was ok with that and walked out saying, “I’m pro vaccine.” She never came back! Tiffany came instead and said she call Dr. Ghaly who prescribed meds on the phone. Apparently the PA thought my son had whooping cough. Afterwards my son waited in the c

If I’m not being told I have cancer when I don’t by one NP then the others are treating me like I’m a drug addict. The NP got up in the middle of our appointment in my last visit and yelled at me and told me to leave when questioning her about a random drug test she was giving me that was “required by law”. She told me I was yelling at her and I was not. I have an hearing issue so I speak loudly. Had she taken the time to actually speak to me and go over my chart she would be aware. Unfortunately I did not have the money for the additional charge of the drug test they were giving me so I was hesitant. Tiffany told me I could bill it and apologized for what happened. I took the drug test, which in fact came back clean, and I then had to leave as there wasn’t a Dr or NP available to go over

Disappointed! 5 years later, I have to advise that they have changed. Lori is gone, staff has changed, and quality has changed. Not even sure the PA I saw was really a PA or doctor and each time I've visited it's a different staff from front desk to nurses, to doctors or PA. They also sent me a bill for 60.00 late/or cancellation fee. PLEASE! I am not going to pay that. In today's world of high medical cost and long waits for doctors they want to charge me!! I have never seen a late fee on a DR bill before in my life. I have patiently waited and have never charged them a fee for my time. They also do not have a medical portal. Make sure you ask for a printout of your blood test or medical records after each visit. This is unfortunate, I will not be returning, I'm going to guess the

If zero stars were an option, St. Luke’s Medical Center would have earned it. They’ve made it painfully clear that money matters more than patient well-being. I had been making regular payments on my balance, but when my husband lost his job, I fell behind temporarily and immediately notified them of such to maintain communication. Rather than showing any understanding or an ounce of compassion, they completely locked my account, preventing even the nurse from accessing my chart to refill a medically necessary prescription. Yes, you read that right—over a $68 installment, they put my health at risk. Not thousands. Not even hundreds. Just $68. They refused to even UNLOCK my chart until I paid half of the balance upfront, as if I magically had an extra $60 or so lying around. This isn’t he
