St. Luke's North Whitehall Family Practice

I will be finding a new doctor now. Dr Rodowics is great but the constant waiting is out of control. The final straw for me was my appointment for a check up was scheduled at 9:00. I set in the waiting room 55 minutes and finally approached the front desk to ask why it’s taking so long. Front desk told me there was one more patient ahead of me. The waiting room was completely empty so that’s when I decided to leave. This seems to be an ongoing thing with this office. I don’t know if they just overbooked all the time or what’s going on but this was my final straw with them. I hope they get things more organized.

I went to Dr Rodowicz back around 2015 and then moved out of the area. I reverently moved back and wanted to reestablish care at this office because I had a good experience when I was going there before. I was booked with a different doctor, Dr. Allotey, and my experience with her was fantastic. The front desk was short staffed and it took a while to get back but even though I was late getting to the back, she took her time and addressed all of my concerns. It seemed like she genuinely cared about my health and wanted to cover all bases. She also does infant care so when I have my son in a few weeks, I’ll be bringing him to her as well. So glad to have a family doctor I feel will take care of my family.

The Doctors are amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and kind. But the receptionists and other staff consistently question patients and never call back in a timely fashion. I waited a week for a call back when I knew I needed an appointment that they didn't believe me, still questioned me when they called. Yet in the end she was like "well do you want to see the doctor?". Yes! I wanted to see the doctor when I called a week ago. Now I have to wait another week for my appointment. 🤬

My husband and I love this office and Dr.Allotey I will recommend anyone. she takes her time to listen to your concerns and treat them. accordingly, it took me years to find a primary care doctor in the Lehigh valley till I meant Dr.Allotey she's the best and the staff always seems pleasant.
