St. Luke's Lehigh Primary Care

Dylan Lesisko is an excellent nurse practitioner. He is very thorough, attentive, professional and caring. He is very attentive and patiently answers all my questions and never rushes me through my appointments. I would highly recommend him! He is very proactive and sent me for an urgent test which ultimately saved my life!

I used to really like this office but my most recent experience may result in me going somewhere else. 1. I needed a refill on a script and they denied it but instead of calling me they had the pharmacy tell me. I made room to go in and get all the blood work done and they promised they would send my script over to the pharmacy- after one week I confirmed with the pharmacy that they did not receive it. I called the office and they asked me why I was taken off that script.... I wasn't I take it daily. 2. My patient portal never works. I cannot get a single person to deactivate it and I cannot get ahold of someone to constantly unlock due to the window of operation matching my work schedule. I have never had this much issues regarding medication and refills. I did write in as I can never get

I had an appointment on 12/19 and was diagnosed with bronchitis and an antibiotic was prescribed. Taking the meds as prescribed the y seemed to work. On Jan 6 2025 called the office and mentioned all symptoms return a few days prior to calling. At this point I was hoping to possibly receive some help. The front desk mentioned she would send a message back to dr. Since it was less than a month that I was in office to see if they wanted o see me again or prescribe another med. No returned call. Called a number of times again sent messages back to drs. To this date no response. I have been a patient with this group for more than 30 and I am very disappointed With courtesy of the staff.

I swear Pennsylvania has the worst doctors..... Patch Adams over there makes more jokes than gives help. I just needed some refills of valid prescriptions as I am 2000 miles from home due to an emergency. I kept relaying that I can't get a hold of my doctor and I have no insurance. He neglected to refill my only 2 meds for my mental health and wrote me a $200 prescription for something in the class of Melatonin..... St. Luke's takes in so much money they're buying up every building or plot of land that they can and passing the bill onto you! Thanks for taking the money of someone on disability and offering zero help.

At around 12:30pm on 2/21/2024 I began experiencing chest pain. I was a little disoriented and stopped into the Lehigh St office and stated that I was in pain. The person at the counter gave me the address to the ER for St Luke's on Hamilton St. I asked if I could sit in their lounge and the person said yes. After 10 mins I left and drove myself Cedar Crest LVH ER and was admitted having suffered a heart attack. Not sure that writing the address of the ER on a post it note and having a person drive away is the best advice. I would have preferred a less public forum to express my opinion but after numerous calls and searching for HR emails options, this was the alternative that was left.
