I never had surgery before. Did not know what to expect. Was feeling a very anxious. From the receptionist, to the nurses and doctors, everyone was so polite and considerate. Always checking in to see if I needed anything. They made me feel very comfortable. I can't thank everyone enough for making my first procedure a comfortable, memorable experience.

I am thankful I switched to the St Luke's health network, the professionals here have saved my life a couple times, and they have shown that beyond their friendliness, they really care. They are able to share the hard things about treatment, and the difficult necessities in a way which engenders hope. I would thank God to find myself in the care of such doctors and nurses, and here I am.

My first experience here was different is the best word I can come up with..my wife is dealing with breast cancer and it has been a nightmare at the least. Not going in to detail about the mental aspect I think the sign that says breast cancer before you make the right turn to enter the office should say something other than "BREAST CANCER". My wife's anxiety spiked more when she saw the sign. She didn't say anything. It was enough for me to notice it. Otherwise a normal Dr. visit.

ENT here is great, always pleasant. Always a pleasure. Not a long wait at all.

Worst customer service. Charged when I wasn't supposed too multiple times while under insurance. Not going back.
