St. Luke's Hospital - Upper Bucks Campus

I underwent emergency appendix surgery this week after experiencing the most excruciating pain of my life. Unfortunately, due to ER overflow, I had to wait five hours before receiving treatment, which was absolutely terrifying and excruciating. However, once I was taken to a room and informed that emergency surgery was necessary, I received exceptional care from everyone involved—from the ER nurses to the surgical team to the PCAs. Their warmth, expertise, and compassion meant everything to me during one of the scariest moments of my life. Not once did I feel like a burden when calling for my nurse, and I was consistently reassured that my needs would be met. I’m deeply grateful to have this hospital in my community, as the staff truly exemplify excellence in healthcare.

I was totally impressed with the endoscopy unit at this facility. Those employees are truly team players. I am amazed at how well the nurses all pull together to help each other. They were very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. They are truly examples of what nurses should be. I recommend this facility one hundred percent and I will use St Luke’s for all my health care! Thank you St Lukes

I cannot say enough good things about St. Luke’s Upper Bucks Campus and especially Dr. Elena Berg in the ER. From the moment I arrived, I was terrified, overwhelmed, and knew something was not right with my body. What could have easily been dismissed as anxiety or something “minor” was taken seriously here — and that made all the difference. Dr. Elena Berg is truly exceptional. She listened, she trusted my symptoms, and most importantly, she kept digging. I gave birth a month ago yesterday and I couldn't have asked for a more phenomenal team- Dr. Hancock and nurses Christine and Megan. They were so incredible ❤️ They all went above and beyond to make it the most incredible birthing experience. The night doctor and night nurse were also wonderful and really worked with me in such a beautiful and reassuring way with my impromptu induction. The postpartum team was also great! Unfortunately I don't have the girls names, but everyone was so helpful and informative for this first time mom! I would recommend St. Lukes to anyone, thank you for making my experience so amazing ❤️

This is the first and only online review I’ve ever written for any reason. I’ve been dealing with a severe, chronic condition for the past 10 years, most of which has been managed by LVHN. My entire family is from the Lehigh Valley, and at one point or another every single one of them has told me, “You have to go to St. Luke’s—St. Luke’s is amazing.” Unfortunately, through no fault of my own or St. Luke’s, I wasn’t able to switch because my insurance carrier wasn’t a participating provider at the time.
