St. Luke's Health - Memorial Hospital - Livingston, TX

Not my first time to experience St. Luke's, but this visit was just as good as the rest. Some of the friendliest and kindest folks I've ever had to deal with (in this situation). They made our whole visit feel like we were among family. Went out of their way to make us comfortable (can we bring more warm blankets?) The whole time we were there, we felt at ease. I will always try to schedule future procedures or surgeries at St. Luke's.

I was very satisfied…. The wait was not too long…. The nurses were attentive…. After a humorous start, The Dr was good…. My only complaint was I think that my pain level was underestimated and the next day my pain was back and needed another trip to the Dr and a round of stronger meds to get in front of the problem so I could get some much needed rest….. next time I will try to convey my symptoms better

There are two kinds of Doctors. The poor and the dedicated. Dr Najjar takes the time to explain the issue and his plan on how to treat the issue. In itself, that is a rare quality. His treatment style is that of a Doctor who is dedicated to his trade. The staff works hard to follow his lead. Each person is as dedicated. This quality is quite rare. They are all team players for a common cause. It has been my pleasure to say Thank You.

The ladies were very helpful, they got a wheelchair and pushed me to the front area, I took a shortcut to the bone density area. I was able to push the wheelchair back to the bone density x-ray area and when it was over, they allowed me to push the wheelchair out to my car and they took it back inside. I will be back next week, my RA Dr wants my hands X-rayed, therefore I will see St. Luke's sooner than I thought, thank you very much.

It was easy to make my annual mammogram appointment. From check in to completion, the process too less than a half hour. The tech and registration staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Test results came within a week. Very pleased!
