St. Luke's Clinic - Neurology: Meridian

Ended up in the Emergency room THREE months ago and needed a quick follow up in TWO weeks. No. Absolutely, nothing could be done no matter what(if i got sicker they absolutely did not care at all) I had to wait three whole months, just to be kicked out by a SICK nurse herself. Yes I came in sick but they knew and took me to my room- I wore all proper ppe and kept safe distances. What else am I supposed to do cancel when I have already waited 3 months for a super important appointment that would have been pushed out more months later. Arrive 12:45 get in, back to my room, checked in. Done at 12:58 apparently the doctor was reading my charts and decided at 1pm that they are going to cancel my appointment and didn't bother to tell me until 1:10. Frustrated not knowing they moved having trouble hunting for the new location. However, the staff, doctor are the best. Although it was quick, Dr Ireland gave me all the time i needed to ask questions and speak on anything concerning my health.

There are no words that could express the gratitude that I have for this clinic. They treat you as a person. I don't normally post a review but in this case, people should know that they're in the best of hands. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic to all.

I had a great visit with Cody today. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. Cody’s professionalism and compassion made the experience comfortable and reassuring. I would highly recommend them.

Easy to find. Front of building a bit congested with a lot of cars and delivery trucks. Parking spaces big enough for my truck. Not many open spots though. Beautiful building and very kind male employee at the door who was helpful and unassuming.
