my dad was admitted here in a non critical condition and after only a few days he was suddenly rushed to the hospital. Electrical shock and all was needed. Till this day i know something happened in this place that ultimately killed him, he only lasted 4 days in the hospital. Dont trust this place

Do not come here at all for any reason at any expense. These people are abusive and they lie and when you don't comply they will give your loved one or you the wrong medication to keep you quiet. I had to take my mother out of there because of how bad it was. And on the way out the door they pushed her in the back in her wheelchair where she had just got open back surgery. This is not the last you're going to hear from me if anyone at that facility is reading this. And if you are considering a rehabilitation place, do not under any circumstance Come here and do not put your loved one here if you care about them.

My mom’s stay was much shorter than we expected, God had different plans. Her 5 days here was nothing but beautiful. They worked with hospice beautifully. All the staff are so kind. The compassion they showed my mom, as well as my dad & all of us kids is greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this facility for your loved one.

Filthy!!!!!!! People come in and out without being questioned or asked why they are there and never sign in or out. My sister was there 4-5 days and caught covid and put in ICU and she passed away. Its filthy and there was covid pts allowed to roam around instead of being isolated away from pts who did not have it. Don't send your loved ones there, I don't understand how they are still in business or why Drs Hospital is still sending pts there.

They are rebranding as “Harvest Crossing Post Acute” due to being under new management. Being under new management, they have a lot of new personal, but being new they still have some growing pains. Attentiveness of nursing personal varied. When I first came in from the hospital, staff was really on it for my medical and care needs. As the weeks went on, care started to vary depending on what shift it was. There were quiet a few instances where the night and day crews were not on the same page. If a day crew member said they would check on my bandage on my back tubing or change my briefs, if it was before the evening crew clocked in, the night crew would have no idea that I was not helped yet. This wasn’t always the case and I get accidents happen, but it happened enough for me to bring i
