St. Joseph's/Candler Urgent Care - Savannah

I am here on vacation and needed urgent care unexpectedly. The staff were very kind and skilled. They were able to evaluate my injury, take x-rays and leave me with a treatment plan right on site and without a long wait. The space is roomy so patients have space between them in the waiting area. Very comfortable. I definitely recommend this facility and staff.

I made a same-day appointment online for Monday 11/17/25. I was able to fill out all my paperwork online prior to arrival. Reception staff was kind and helpful. Facility was clean. Nurses, technicians, and Dr were all kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. They booked me another appointment at St Joseph’s Orthopedic for Wednesday 11/19 and wrote me a prescription for my inflammation. So helpful and I’m so glad I went here! I’ll definitely return and I suggest this Urgent Care over any other in Savannah!

I had the most pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff was very attentive, caring and professional. The information given at end was helpful. The very next morning, I received a call by Mr. K (Ken) to set up my appointment for the orthopedic doctor, during that call I mentioned needing a way to support my arm. Immediately his response was yes stop by and I can take care of that for you. If I wasn't able to stop in, he directed me to where I can pick up sling for my arm. Great experience Customer Care Satisfaction 👍 😀

All of the staff were friendly and professional. My entire visit took about 2 hrs which included registration, wait time, exam, testing and discharge. Which was pretty good timing for a 9 am visit. The medication I was prescribed took care of my issue! I will definitely return if needed. Great service!!!

Day after Christmas and Friday. My doctor’s office was closed with no one to talk with. Yikes! Thank you SJC Urgent Care Savannah! My issue could not wait until Monday without getting much worse. I was seen the same day and the care I received was excellent. There was not a long wait even on a holiday weekend. The nursing staff was efficient, patient and understanding. I was seen by Dr. Mosley who took the time to listen and ask questions, identified my problem, prescribed meds and I was given very specific guidelines on restrictions and treatment. I appreciate all of the patience and hard work. 5 stars plus. I highly recommend SJC Urgent Care Savannah.
