St. Joseph's/Candler Urgent Care - Black Creek Campus

I arrived about 1 hour before closing. The receptionist was amazing she got me signed in quickly, and about the time I got sat down the nurse came in and took me to a room asked me some questions and got my labs done. She was also amazing. The doctor came in shortly after the nurse got my labs he was also amazing. All three employees I met had great bedside manner, and were caring, and professional. The whole experience was top-notch. I highly recommend this Urgent Care to anyone in need. The visit only took about 15 minutes.👍

I got there around 7 pm after slicing my finger open, and Physicians Assistant, Mr. Watkins was able to stitch my finger tip back up. I’m very grateful that he was so kind and took extra time out of his evening. Thank you Black Creek Urgent Care. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful last Wednesday evening!

Very nice and brand new facility. Had no issues with navigating to it. There is a flat entrance which is accessible for wheelchairs and a covered drop off area. Front desk staff were very patient and helpful. Very happy to have an urgent care so close to home!

There was no wait. I walked in and since I was the only one there they didn’t take long. They were quick to get my son what he needed. Even giving him a water bottle when he wanted water. Very quick to be evaluated. The staff were super friendly. It is nice having an urgent care located so close by. I’ll definitely come here again and again.

Great staff! Friendly, professional and efficient. I have used this facility a couple of times now since it is so close to my house. Building is always clean and welcoming. The staff and physicians are personable and helpful. Wait times are usually fairly quick.
