It was always nice to go to your office. It was nice and clean and very excellent. When I was talking to the doctor about my contour and it was good to talk to her about any other situation about my mammogram if she found out anything about it though and I love winter office to talk to her about different things every day thanks thank you and goodbye…

First, I want to acknowledge that I was 13 minutes late to my appointment. However, I was declined service despite having driven 35 minutes with a newborn baby. The office staff showed no empathy for my circumstances. Just 48 hours prior, I experienced a very serious health scare that required hospitalization, and I was advised to follow up with my primary care physician for a CT scan. When I asked about their policies, I was told there was no grace period, which I later found to be untrue. Instead of being treated with understanding, I was spoken to in a condescending manner. After rescheduling, I was ultimately discharged as a patient and had my appointment canceled, seemingly as retaliation for questioning the way I was treated. It was excellent. I am very blessed to have Dr. Eugene as my Primary Care Physician. His whole team is amazing.

I have been going to Dr. Mooney for a while. She is always thorough and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor.
