Some times that little piece of heaven on earth is found through a journey and worth every single step it took to get there. The staff smiled and acknowledged I was important them; imagine! The nurse, Jackie, was the dearest nurse anyone could hope for. She knew I was nervous and cared with all of her heart. Dr Zottoli had true experience and knowledge of anything I asked him; this is what healthcare is all about. Thank God in every way. Now I'm not afraid to go to my doctor. The facility is bright and clean and has a very good feeling!

Physician, Dr. McNeely, and his nurse, Barbara, are not reflected in this review. Their care and focus was excellent. I felt compelled to let someone know about the total lack of customer service I encountered with the front desk staff. No response when I arrived at front desk, no word spoken, no eye contact, nothing. I recently retired after more than 45 years in healthcare, and this total lack of concern would never have been tolerated.

I always look forward to my visits with Dr. McNeely. He’s always generous with information and patience. He’s a dependable and knowledgeable doctor that I have the world of confidence in him. His office staff is nice and attentive and they always keep me informed.

My experience on the day in questioned was remarkable. Although this was not my first experience with Candler Day surgery I can truly say the Day Surgery Nursing Staff and registration staff is outstanding. The doctor to whom was to render my procedure it was our very first meet and greet. So you know I had to go into this whole situation with Dr. GOD my Heavenly Father as my head of surgeon...right!!! And Prayer and Praise as His assistants. But then it All worked in my favor Dr. GOD my Heavely Surgeon called it off, procedure was canceled and my Earthly Doctor was right in line. But I must give him his awesomeness as well. I booked my appointment 3 months ago because that was "the soonest " they could get me in. I have been looking for a regular physician for about a year with no luck. I had high hopes. I got a call saying to show up 30 minutes before my appointment. I figured a lot of paperwork. I got a text but working full time and being a mom of 2 under 2 you dont really have time to fill out paperwork. Also why ask to show up 30 minutes early if you do the paperwork online? I went to the desk only 1 person in the lobby. The front desk doesn't even greet me. And seemed very annoyed that I did not have my paperwork done. (again I did not have time) They hand me the paperwork which was honestly only a few pages so I am unclear why show up 30 minutes early. I get called into the room probably 10 minutes af
