St. Joseph's/Candler Physician Network SouthCoast Cardiology

I'm a new patient of Dr Lanham. The first time we met he seemed interested in my symptoms. He ordered a cardio stress test at St Joseph's. The were great by the way. I had the test done, 26 hours before his followup appointment. When he saw me the next day he was honestly aware he wasn't prepared. Told me that, at a glance it seemed my heart was ok. It was working properly. Then filled the time with obvious info on prolonging good heart health. That was three days ago. A call with a more informed assessment would of been appreciated.

Dr Adeniyi was fabulous at the 1 appt I had unfortunately his support staff are the worst I have ever encountered. No one can follow up or do what they say they will. I called and left a message for the office manager ( the 1st time I have ever done this) my call hasn’t been returned. The last time I called 5-14-24 the nurse , referral specialist both I have left massages with haven’t returned my call. My primary also SouthCoast referred me since cardiology seems to share staff I had to ask for a referral NOT SouthCoast it’s now June.It’s sad Dr Adeniyi was really nice but he will never know how many calls I made trying to get tests done for a follow up. Hope you don’t actually need a cardiologist if you do find another office.

Where to begin! The staff in Cardiology are great but billing sucks! I overpaid because of an issue with my insurance, and billing said nothing would be returned and it’s not their problem. Unless you want to pay thousands out of pocket for a stress test, which you’ll definitely need after dealing with their billing, stay away!

Dr adeniyi was very professional as well as The rest of the staff I met with. I'm very happy I chose south coast for My primary care facility.
