St. Joseph's Wayne Medical Center

If I could rate St Joseph’s Wayne Medical Center and its staff a SIX (6), I would! My praises start with my GP, Dr Doroudi in Clifton (Awesome Professional), to my surgeon doctor (Scott Wessner), (knowledgeable, courteous and patient) his wonderful staff (WoW! The Best!) and everyone I met at the hospital. Today, I had several cysts removed at the hospital. From the people at the main desk, to the staff upstairs as well as the nurses assisting Dr Wessner during the surgery, everyone deserves my gratitude and best wishes. (Everything went smoothly.) The hospital itself is clean, well organized and much less crowded than any other hospitals I’ve been to. “Hats off” to St Joseph’s! Thanks again! Walter Redling

My mother came to this place because she couldn't breath, endup having pneumonia. The care on the 6 floor was a joke by the nurse n let's not mentioned the non existent PCA, rude n never around. Then got transferred to the 5th floor where Nurse Elvis n Mayuria were amazing but the PCA non existent. My sister n I had to clean my mother n take care of her. They do her sugar n I asked the PCA what is my mom achs or Q6 her answer I dont know. So I asked why are you doing the sugar. Her answer it called for it. Dr Eira amazing. So to conclude Dr Eira n nurse Elvis great. They need to go to a real hospital. Please if you want care dont go to St Joseph in Wayne Nj

The st Joseph hospital in Paterson didn’t register me and therefor didn’t get my signatures for consent of treatment and they never came to me to register me. I know these two hospital are connected so I’m asking for the number for the ceo or manager for the er in Paterson so I can report this to them as well. And when they were doing the ultrasound I asked them why they are checking all my organs and captured videos of all my organs like that’s I didn’t give them consent. when I got there via ambulance for being assaulted and they were treating me so badly and left me feeling more traumatized going there. They stated there’s no social worker or counselors and also yeah they never registered me. Also I was there waiting for cops to arrive the first time around and they never showed up I

I recently brought my friend, a religious sister, to the ER and then to 8th floor. I was so impressed with the kindness and attentive care sister was given the 4 days I spent there with her. She was then moved to 6th floor, and called to tell me how one nurse was nicer than the other. Congratulations on the beautiful mission you are doing at St. Joseph's.

My mom just had several strokes in the last couple of months and was taken to Wayne Hospital and I’m not going to lie, THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL, literally from the nurses, the assistants, both speech and physical therapists and especially the doctors. I got call backs when requested and constant Updates given on my mom. I live out of state, so I appreciate everything they did to keep me included. WONDERFUL STAFF!!!!
