The ER REFUSED medical services because we asked to see the hospitals mask policy. We never refused to use the mask, we simply requested to see the hospital policy. The ER proceeded to rip off the patient band off my fathers wrist and they kicked us out. They refused to return the bracelet back, although it has his personal information information. They said “we threw it the trash” without shredding it. My dad has had high blood pressure for over a week and his left side of his body is numb and although they knew all of this they proceeded to refused treatment over requesting to see hospital policy. One of the nurses even proceed to call us “dumb”. I will be filing a lawsuit.

Google needs to implement a system where someone can enter negative stars. The majority of the staff lacks of emphaty, they see the patients (our love ones) as checks. My father came here without bedsores and after so many PT scan and MRI they just noticed that has blood in his head. HE IS MY FATHER NOT AN INSURANCE CLAIM OR CHECK!!!!!

Awful service . Super lazy and dirty . We had a pediatric patient for walk in dental and they made her wait 6 hours w zero food before they would even see her only to try and deflect the surgery that the previous Dr had suggested . She’s only 2.5 years old. Find another hospital unless you want to suffer or die quickly

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND PEOPLE me and my sister have to wait 4 hours just to get checked up 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
