St Joseph's Medical Center

Sat in the waiting room for over three hours they took some tests had to go and ask about the results for them to call a doctor to give them to me which they stated they were already back. I was just waiting for someone. When I went to the service desk to ask what the problem was or why it was taking so long I had a lady playing on her phone instead of answering me as well as the next lady calling the person behind me and not me and then was asked by a third lady if I had any questions and then I stated yes and she told me I had to wait for another lady and when that lady was done talking to the person behind me Instead of calling on me, she went back to doing what she was doing and a girl had to tell her I was asking questions then she directed me two different nurses where I had to find

Don't really know yet love the operator on the way but my Child is there I Pray they are taking Great care of 🫶🏾
