St. Joseph’s Hospital: Emergency Room

All of my experiences in this emergency room have been traumatizing. My problems weren't addressed. I was left in pain with no call light. NO compassion or empathy from staff. I am scarred for life and never want to walk in there ever again. I wouldn't recommend this emergency room to my worst enemy. This Emergency is extremely rude and unprofessional if were dying I would request to drive to St. Louis, before I step foot in that place 😢 .

Worst experience ever !! The fact that is took two male nurses to cut of a foot cast while pressing on my foot with several incisions, then the doctor never came back to look at my leg or foot , till after the male nurse had wrapped it . Nurse said oh everything look good , doc says ok and walks out. Bedside manners for this doctor was unacceptable, didn't ask me if I had questions, didn't ask if I felt OK, didn't even acknowledge me as a patient. Then I get a prescription, have someone take it to my pharmacy because I can't drive. The pharmacy calls and it's not signed. I call the ER and get transferred with out the lady even telling me , to this Doctors phone and he says well you have to go back to the ER and get it sign . Um , no. I have no one at the moment to help me. Relying o

Great people. No wait. Right in to see a doc that helped me.

Had appendicitis. Got wonderful care from the staff.
