St. Joseph's Health Urgent Care

The workers were nice when I went in to do a employment drug test and told me it would only be 2-3 days before the employer would be called with the results. I call back a week and one day later and they tell me that they don't have the results and don't get the results and I'd have to check in with the employer. I ask if I purchased a drug test for myself when I would get results, and they said 3-4 days. So different information depending on who you talk to, but also not accurate information since it's been over a week, and no way to get the status because they probably couldn't be bothered. Workers, please realize that people can come in here with/for life changing events, I have been looking for work for six months and cannot start until this gets done. I'm not even asking for sympathy,

🔴🚨 Warning to anyone reading this: Do NOT come here for pre-op clearance, pre-op labs, or anything that requires accurate specimen handling. Their negligence could delay your surgery or put your health at risk. Choose another clinic if you have any other option. Avoid this place. This is the most careless and incompetent urgent care I have ever dealt with. If you need pre-op clearance, labs before surgery, or anything that requires accuracy, RUN in the opposite direction. I came to St. Joseph’s Urgent Care in Clifton (35 Ackerman Ave) for a pre-op blood draw — a routine process they only needed to draw and label correctly. LabCorp does the testing. St. Joseph’s ONLY job was to label my specimen properly. They failed ‼️THREE TIMES.‼️ My blood draw was mishandled over and over again becau

I dont really understand the negative reviews. Ive gone here at least 5 times for respiratory issues and slipped disk. Everyone has always been kind and helpful. Id give 5 stars but like every other medical place they treat pain at bare minimum. I scream when i cough and that still wasnt enough to get proper medication (i.e an opiate that treats both). I have some sense of pain relief from the steroids and muscle relaxers given but overall im still in severe pain, very frustrating

Place is a joke. All new staff. What happen to the old staff? Bring them back. The black and Puerto Rican girl with long black hair took care of you like family. Everyone now has an attitude. Find somewhere else

Was sent here by my doctor for pre-surgical screening for an urgent surgery taking place in 2 days. I spent $49 on an uber there, $49 on an uber back, and this place calls to say they botched the bloodwork. I asked what exactly happened and of course was given no answers. So now I’m running around town trying to get last minute bloodwork, so my surgery isn’t cancelled due to the incompetence of this place. They were also completely unsympathetic and unapologetic. DO NOT COME HERE FOR PRE-SURGICAL TESTING unless you want your surgery delayed.
