The girls are very nice in reception and my doc is great she takes her time never rushed all questions answered always calls herself with blood or test results. Parking here not so good but she's worth the hassle.

My dad began seeing Dr. Walters after his hospital visit for elevated diabetes and a bad infection. He is absolutely amazing! Very informative and patient with us when we call and ask questions. We are very satisfied with him as my dad’s primary care physician.

They used to be good, but everything has changed. The front desk service is horrible, and we have been mistreated many times. They lie about appointments, and even when you bring proof of your appointment, they act like they don’t know. Barbara, the manager of this facility, is the worst. She is supposed to help patients, but she does nothing. Patients go there because they need healthcare, not because they want to hang out, yet they treat us like we don’t exist. Instead of helping, they argue with you, even when you have every right to be upset. My mom has been waiting for a test since last November, and they just said, “We don’t know, the doctor didn’t put any notes.” Because of our frustration, they even sent us a letter saying we are no longer welcome at this facility, forcing us to

I cannot express how disappointed I am with this doctor’s office. The staff is absolutely terrible—rude, unhelpful, and completely lacking in professionalism. Trying to get something as simple as a prescription refill is like pulling teeth. They are either "too busy" to help or just outright ignore you. What’s worse, they have no problem hanging up the phone on you when you try to get answers. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve had to call back just to get through to someone, only to be met with more attitude and zero resolution. Save yourself the frustration and RUN AWAY from this place. Your time, energy, and health deserve better than the utter lack of care and respect this office provides.
