St. Joseph Continuing Care Center

The ENTIRE STAFF at St. Joseph Continuing Care facility has truly been a blessing to my grandmother (and my family) during her two different stays this year. When my grandmother was sent there the first time earlier this year, the staff was so welcoming, accommodating and very professional in making sure they fulfilled all of their duties. I’ve been a witness to many of them going above & beyond to make her feel like she was at her own home. She had enjoyed her daily meals, care, therapy, planned social events and the positive motivating vibes from the staff. The overall care has been a wonderful experience for her! I highly recommend ANYONE is looking for a skilled care facility to choose St. Joseph Continuing Care!

My husband spent over 2 months in skilled care and Physical Therapy. He went in barely able to stand and left on a walker, feeling safe and confident in his ability to continue his recovery at home. We cannot say enough good things about the Physical therapy department. The nursing staff was efficient and encouraging. The facility provided a clean and pleasant environment in which to recover.

This is not a review on the place itself. We just need to REALLY mention the stellar service and customer care we received from Ms. Ashley Salley (nurse). She helped us through the ENTIRE process of getting my mother-in-law into the facility. This was NO EASY FEAT as every turn elsewhere was a pain and nobody seemed interested in helping us. Once we got in actual contact with her...she hit the ground RUNNING and never failed to keep us abreast of what was going on. She took a great weight off of our family...and got my mother-in-law in EARLIER than we even anticipated. She is now in a place where she can receive the care she needs...and even there with another family member! I have the UTMOST admiration for the customer service that Ms. Ashley provided...her devotion to the job, steadfast

St. Joseph Continuing Care Facility is the best facility in NELA!! The entire staff from Ashley Sallie in Admissions, Paige Smith Fin Mgr, Peaches, Ernestine, Social Director, all nurses and Dr. Turner really care about the patients and families!! Everyone is always so nice and make you feel welcome..very nice clean facility...Thank you all!!

Ashley & Erica in admissions are excellent to work with. They are professional, knowledge, and very kind. If I need help with a patient they are always there to help! My grandmother was at St Joseph a number of years ago. It was a great facility then & it is great now. I would highly recommend St Joseph
