Went to visit at St Joseph main hospital 5th floor. OMG smelled of pure urine. Once l got to the patient room, her room was filthy, linen from the bath still in the bathroom and the toilet was disgusting. Floor was dirty as well. Went to the nurse station asked if the room had been cleaned, no one had an answer. I asked it the room can be cleaned ASAP. Entire 5th floor smelled. How could staff work in the filth and smell...
