All of the staff are absolutely the best with our dogs! Dr. Hirsch did amazing with helping our dog after he cut his eyelid on his kennel-after 2 surgeries you can barely tell his one eyelid is missing!!! Highly recommend taking your pets here!

Many years ago we found a young cat in the road at night Halloween night. She had been hit by a car and was left with her jaw hanging off and major bleeding. We luckily stopped and started calling around to see if anyone would take us. It SUPER common that if you are a new patient or do not get regular vet care done a clinic wont take you. (Ive seen other reviews and wanted to mention this as I thought this was common knowledge but apparently not...) Luckily way back when the owner agreed to meet us. I ended up bonding with the cat and after an unsuccessful search (and unexpected vet bill) we decided to adopt her. Because of how wonderful they were we switched all our animal care to this clinic. It’s a good thing hospital ERs aren’t run like this vet clinic. “Sorry, we haven’t seen you in over 18 months, hope you don’t die, but if you can live another 2 weeks, we can see you then”. We called at 10pm because our best dog ever was struggling with something unknown. We had no idea of the ridiculous 18 month policy. Called again at 11pm and still crickets. Basically stayed awake all night waiting for a call only to be told at 8am when we called the “clinic” that we were no longer considered a regular customer but they could see her in 2 weeks!!!! Dana couldn’t even be bothered to call and tell us this so we could explore other options. She told me through text that they “don’t even know Cora anymore”. My dog has potential lymphoma and took her there to get a second opinion. She's on steroids that makes her pee a lot and quite often. The vet there didn't hesitate and cleaned it up after I apologized a few times and they told me it's ok and we're friendly about it. They brought a blanket in and sat on the floor with her and loved on her and I think she was extremely happy! Great people over there! they actually care about your pet! Update: My big head was put to sleep here on Halloween of 2025 as she rapidly declined. we took her here as she was treated like a pet should be! The doctor came in and kissed her head and told her she was a good girl before putting her to sleep.
