St Francis Hospital

Im a regular hard working citizen with a master's degree in engineering, that was recently suffering with anxiety, just had another child. I go to st. Francis ER for anxiety and a high heart rate. After an hour of waiting after triage, triage nurse was very rude with a terrible attitude, I had a phone call with them asking where I was. I was in the lobby the whole time waiting on my name to be called. They apologized then took me to the back where I sat in a chair waiting for a nurse, I assumed. Next thing I know is someone from the Bradley Center sitting with me asking me questions. He quickly realized I was not having major mental issues for inpatient services and left. Then the SECURITY GUARD starts running errands like a nurse asking me to pee in a cup. After that a man approaches me a

Honestly, I will never go to another hospital for a burn this place doesn’t even have ice cold compresses. I’m literally sitting in here with my hand burning under running water and the closest thing I got to care was a provider come in here asking me if I need anything only to leave not even two minutes later and then you had the nerve to give A super high medical bill for doing absolutely nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dying, worst enemy

I’m always content with the care me and my family have received from St Francis, but last night takes the cake. Had to take my baby (4) here and they all were so incredibly kind, caring, supportive and helpful. We were both crying a lot and the staff was great with us both; the nurses who helped me with her and my younger baby who was also with us were angels to me, truly. We ended up needing to be transferred since they don’t have a pediatrics unit there and I was sad to go because they were so wonderful. Thank you so much to the whole midnight ER crew last night. We’ll always remember yall.

Hostile billing practices. They regularly wait 6 months before sending the bill to insurance while billing and threatening us the entire time with outrageous bill amounts equalling 5-10X the amount finally charged to us after insurance has processed it.

Didn’t have a bad experience there I do just wanna say I am and still very skeptical there’s is an employee there that violates hippaa laws she is friends with a friend of mines and she lets my friend know about people in the city she knows medical records to my friend. I am waiting for any breach of my hippa laws idc if it’s a cold I’m sueing😂
