St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center

My experience with this provider was extremely disappointing. Not only was Dr. Hoch’s bedside manner lacking, but the early morning appointments seemed more about meeting patient quotas than about patient care. During my visit, Dr. Hoch saw me for a few minutes and recommended multiple tests without any clear explanation. I was told I might have a life-threatening cardiac rhythm, but was advised to simply return in two weeks — an alarming statement that was later refuted by two other physicians. The overall impression was that the priority was billing for expensive tests rather than genuinely addressing my concerns about this life-altering news. His approach was impersonal, and I left feeling confused and running for a second opinion.  I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this pro

I don’t know why I haven’t been to this hospital before, but it’s the one I wholly trust with my care. My goodness! Everyone here is incredibly friendly and helpful. And everyone here actually cares. What is Catholic Health System doing differently? Their employees seem pleased to work there which translates to how they care about their patients. The nurses and PCAs take their time and bend over backwards to ensure patient comfort. They’re awesome!

Checking in to hospital was a pleasure with Kevin Maldonado & Nelson Pasquel at the front desk. Besides giving me my ID badge they asked about my loved one & sent blessings for a speedy recovery. Very kind staff and a wonderful way to enter a hospital as a visitor.

Nurses and doctors are absolutely beyond fabulous. My Mom went in for a pacemaker and everyone was so kind and caring. The care they gave her was beyond exceptional. Shout out to Jeff her nurse who treated my mom like she was her own. God bless everyone.

The worst hospital ever I have been in my life for any patient in this world. Some nurses are unprofessional and do not behave as humans. Hospital intentionally holds patients for hours after hours for some reason. Hospital practices should be investigated by DOH and other authorities for regulatory compliances. Specifically some nurses’ behavior should be investigated by authorities anonymously and their licenses should be on hold if any misconduct found. Definitely this does not applies to all personnel at the hospital and only a few. Hospital management should overlook carefully and take corrective action.
