5 year Granddaughter fell right before leaving Colorado, cutting head. They live an hour south of Williamstown so would be driving right past St E Grant. Not in pain but wanted to be seen quickly . We are in Dry Ridge and going to care for the other children . It was 9 pm, when they landed at CVG I called St E Grant , thinking wait would not be as long Person answering very rude, said, just have them go somewhere else, they’ll be passing 4 other hospitals or go to urgent care tomorrow. I’ve always defended Grant. Been a nurse there years ago , dad on board in its beginning and I have been on its auxiliary. They went to St E Florence, we went there to get the other children , almost 2am they are still there. We want St E in our community but we need staff that are welcoming. It’s not th

This Lab would not draw my blood because the orders to draw from the physician were not valid. I showed them the My Chart message from my physician from the day before. It clearly stated that for my upcoming appointment my orders will be at the lab. I have had this miscommunication many times over the years and it is infuriating. Very disappointing patient service.

I went here for back pain so bad I couldn’t even walk or lay down they give me a x-ray and said we can’t tell but we think it’s your sciatic nerve but we don’t do mri’s here witch further research about this hospital it definitely says you do mri’s at this hospital sent me away saying I have to go somewhere else to get a mri that there is nothing they can do but give you so medicine to manage pain mind you the medicine didn’t do anything and I’m still in pain this happened months ago I can’t afford to do get a mri at another location just to have to go back and forth you could have just done the mri there and I give a proper diagnosis and I could not be in pain months later I feel like I just wasn’t worth your time and help that’s how you guys make us feel

Not being able to pay cash for co-pays and bills is absolutely and utterly absurd. I guess a controlled society is a compliant one. Plastic digital money is somehow more prominent than cash in hand. Welcome to the NWO. The receptionist and the ultrasound lady did amazing that I do want to point out but this cashless stuff has gotten completely ridiculous

Do not go here unless you are on the brink of death. Next time I think my life is threatened I'll just die. Over $1000 for a er visit in which they didn't even touch me. I was there for 15 minutes at the max and according to their financial department $1080 is there flat fee for going to the ER. It's like they don't realize you really have no other choice. What are we supposed to do? I have good insurance and I'm paying hundreds of dollars a month for, am I just supposed to die over $1000? Either way I'm no longer going to seek medical care. I'll just live out my life and what gets me gets me. Pathetic. Even if I do in the future need medical care it will not be from st Elizabeth or any of their affiliates. I'll also be pursuing this issue
