It was hands down the Best hospital experience we have Ever had. We had heard, but we also experienced it for ourselves. I had neck surgery. From the Check In to the Discharge was 💯%. Staff was like family. Genuine. We drove 2 hrs to be at that hospital. It will be Our hospital now. 🩸

I feel compelled to recognize an outstanding EVS team member at St. David’s Medical Center in Round Rock. Kendra does far more than just clean rooms — she brings comfort, care, and dignity into every space she touches. You can feel the difference when you walk into a room she’s cleaned. It’s not just spotless, it feels calm, welcoming, and cared for. What truly sets her apart is how she connects with patients. She treats every room as if it belongs to a real person going through a difficult moment, not just a task on a checklist. They took good care of me. The nurses at the ER are very compassionate and helpful. The young gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) working at the front desk was superb. There was also a young woman assisting me as well and she was compassionate. Dr. Vu was kind and informative. Great all around.

Ozzy was my OT. Very knowledgeable and gave me lots of support and encouragement. I am going home with lots of resources to continue the great work done here. Highly recommend this facility for rehabilitation. Bailey who was my PT was also wonderful and knowledgeable. The work was hard but they made it fun.¹

I just completed a 36 session program of cardiac rehab and I must say, the cardiac rehab staff were all top notch. They are all very knowledgeable and friendly, and they do a great job of making the sessions enjoyable. I do not anticipate having any cardiac issues in the future that would require rehab but if I do, I will definitely be choosing to do it at Round Rock Medical Center. Keep up the great work team!
