St. Chris Specialty Pediatrics at Washington Township

The doctors did an amazing job but the office staff was so disrespectful and overall rude. My daughter was in need for a school note we tried calling time and time again but were told to leave a voicemail. We left many. After two weeks of nothing we decided enough was enough and took the hour and a half drive just to be told they couldn't give us anything because the doctor was out that day and she would email us instead.

Dr. wolfe was awesome! But the front staff seems to be impatient and whoever someone name Bill is, was rude and incompetnant. I never thought getting a copy of a doctors note for my sons school would be so complicated. In addition Bill told my son's school nurse he was not clear to wrestle despite the doctors letter saying "cleared for gym and sports" ...his response was the letter did not say "wrestling"...My son missed his last wrestling match due adults at my sons school and this doctors office. -signed a frustrated parent who is just trying to do right by their child!

Hello, I’ve had the most inappropriate and terrible interaction with Doctor nicole Delarato. From The very beginning, she was very standoffish and cold. She has no bedside manner and the worst part is she works with children. Her tone is very condescending and the way she behaved in front of my child raising her voice when the door was open scared my child to the point where she was pulling my arm to leave. Please whatever you do find another doctor. The rest of the staff is amazing!

I had went there with my daughter to see the ophthalmologist. On the 24th of May. The doctor said her eyes were so inflamed that she put her on medicated drops and cream and she wanted to see her back in a week. I made the appointment up front for June 2nd (today) at 10:15AM. We get there at 10. The woman at the front says we aren’t in the system and she’s unsure why this would be a weekly “thing”. I explain it’s not a “weekly thing.” We were told to come back in a week due to the inflammation of her eyes. “She doesn’t know why you’d be back and you aren’t in the system and she is leaving. We have to reschedule you.” No thanks. I just drove 45 minutes for everyone to be unprofessional and confused. Never going back. Picture below of proof of appointment.

The office staff her are some of the rudest desk staff I have ever encountered at a doctors office. I can see why this place has such a low rating. I made an appointment after being referred here by my pediatrician because my one year old failed his eye exam twice. I waited months for my appointment here only to receive a call saying the doctor will n longer be in on that day. When I called back to reschedule, a different woman answered. She was even more rude than the first in telling me I have to wait FOUR MORE MONTHS for an appointment now (after I’ve already been waiting months for the first appointment) because the doctor decided they’re not coming in that day anymore. The attitude and lack of sympathy in the situation are very discouraging. I’m not sure what their standard of care
