St Chris Care At Yardley

I've been bringing my children there for some time and I have been happy with the doctors ,nurses and most of the receptionists. There is one in particular who is chubby and wears glasses . I've had the worst experience with her. She argued with me about a form that the nurse told me I could do at the desk and to return to her. When i tried to tell her what was said, she sad it sounds like your problem and not hers. I was so angry, I had to walk away from her. And this is not the first time she has done this. I'm not sure who is her manager but when I find out I will make her aware and also contact St. Christopher Hospital and speak to someone there. I’ll preface this with I know finding a doctor is hard; it rarely feels like you’ll find the perfect match. We just moved to the area last year and were coming from a pediatrician that felt like a perfect match for us - we loved them so much & it was one of the hardest parts of moving, wondering how we’d find another great ped for our son. Fast forward a year of living here and I am so glad we switched to Yardley Pediatrics! Dr. Dickinson is the absolute best. She’s approachable, knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. Sure, various office staff members may not be rainbows and sunshine but if you’ve ever worked in a medical setting you can easily give them some empathy. The office staff is unfriendly and culture is condescending. They are not a place I will be going back to. Raised my three kids through them only for them to deny us because we refused certain vaccines. Stay away!

I have two daughters that have been going here for about a year and a half, so far everyone I have encountered has been great. My kids seen Dr. Rodgers the most and I think she is great! The nurses have given my messages in a timely matter and i have received a phone call back that day, by either the doctor or the nurses staff saying the task was done. We all love them ! I’m glad I switched their pediatrician!

My 4 kids have been patients here for 12 years. We have always received excellent care. We get sick appointments with ease and the staff is wonderful. Dr. Miller was so attentive to my daughter years ago when she had a severe reaction to an antibiotic. Thanks to Dr. Miller we took her to CHOP and got the advanced care she needed. Dr. Lauer is awesome and has been an integral part of their care. Overall all the doctors are amazing. The only doc I didn't care for recently moved. I highly recommend yardley Pediatrics!!
