Care in the hospital is excellent! I’d give it 5 stars. Dealing with the system pre-surgery was a nightmare. Because the problems were so varied and made me feel as if the right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing, I suspect their software is a big part of “failure to communicate.” 1). Their client portal is a joke. I filled out my client info over and over yet it repeatedly didn’t show up so I had to keep entering what I’d already completed. 2)The repeated efforts to fax info resulted being told 4 times information hadn’t arrived. It had! 3) I met with an anesthesiologist that was so creepy that I feared he’d be at my surgery. Thankfully he wasn’t. 4) I live alone and needed home PT. Hi.. my son brought me into your hospital ER Jan 16, 2026. Thankfully, I am home the same day after I was treated in ER. I just want to say that everyone, including, John PA and Briana and Amanda and numerous other people who I met are such an asset to your hospital.! From everyone to admitting to staff in ER to techs bringing me for a CT scan.. very pleasant and helpful and all helped make my experience there a noteworthy positive one. U may not have all the “bells and whistles” as another hospital nearby.. but what matters when u are ill is human contact with empathy and your attitude when u are in such a vulnerable state. Had to bring my wife Laura into the emergency room for eye issues. From start to finish, initial intake to care in the emergency room to main hospital, everyone involved from staff, nurses, doctors and technicians could not be any nicer. Everyone took their time, very compassionate, friendly and very professional. Made my wife’s stay as pleasant as could be. Thank you St Anthony’s.

I was taken to Emergency Room after knee surgery. I found that everyone in the department was attentive and polite. Amanda went above and beyond to make me comfortable while we were waiting for xray. yes, there was a wait but that is to be expected. Amanda kept checking in with me and brought me extra blankets and water. She made me feel like I was important and she cared. this was very important to me at the time. A shout out to Amanda for making my short stay in the ER tolerable

I would strongly recommend seeking care from a different provider if possible. During my visit, a nurse practitioner briefly examined my leg for approximately five minutes, and I did not encounter any other medical professionals at or above that level for the remainder of my stay. The condition of the facility was concerning. My bedsheets had visible holes—something I later learned from a patient advocate is a known issue. I was asked to switch beds and, after about 90 minutes, was returned to my original bed, where the same damaged sheets remained. This suggested to me that the sheets were not changed between patients, raising serious hygiene concerns. While I understand that bed switches may be necessary, I was dealing with a leg injury and was not offered any assistance. I had to hop
