They have no auto refill and no app. They are incapable of syncing meds so you only have to come once a month. Their refill form is completely genaric so you have to type out each med every month. And the final straw: when my doc prescribed meds that were otc, i called them 4 days later to see why they hadn't notified me of them being filled and it took her for ever to even acknowledge that those scripts existed and then she explained that they were otc so... *shrug*. Then she offered to order them since i called. So for 4 days while i was in pain they were just sitting on their thumbs and without my call no one there ever would have done anything about this prescription from my doctor.
