I went here for the first time today and saw Kaylan, she was wonderful! She really listened to my health concerns and answered my questions with compassion. I can't say enough about the care I was given compared to other practices I've seen in the area. Her and the assistant (I'm terrible with names, he was great) were so nice and kind. The office is bright and cheerful, love the design! Very clean also. So happy to have found this office!

Dr. Rebecca Carter is the absolute worst medical professional I have ever seen. I would never recommend her to anyone. I waited for an hour and saw her for less than 5 mins. She never once asked about my medical background or previous medications. She left the room and never came back to talk to me about the meds she prescribed me. Her nurse did. She seemed so judgmental when I described my issue and never once smiled. Stay far away from this place!

This office has over billed me multiple times. They offer half price visits for cash pay but after paying the $126 while I'm at the office I get a bill for the remainder of the full balance almost every time. I had to call the office to resolve this issue twice after my November visit, they told me it would be taken care of both times. It wasn't taken care of and they sent it to collections. I was harassed by a collection agency multiple times before the issue was finally resolved. I received another incorrect bill after my visit last week. I called the Moore office this morning to resolve this issue again, they passed me off to SSM billing. I spoke to the representative in the billing office about the bill and asked to file a complaint. She was kind and helpful but apparently the supervis
