Horrendous experience booking an appointment. Me and my friend had a Groupon and tried to book service at the same time, so the first time she cancelled was an hour before the appointment, she told us she had to cancel because there was some issue at the building. We rescheduled to the following week at the same time. So my friend travels from Washington Heights, imagine the travel time and tolls to get to Astoria. Luckily for me I live not that far - 15 min drive. We get there and the place is CLOSED!!! She must have forgotten that she had clients!! It took us 10 min to get in touch with her and she offered us (again!) another free session and to reschedule. No, thank you! I don’t think I want anything to do with you anymore, and she refused to refund us and offered to reschedule again!!!

I’ve been a customer on and off for over three years. While Simone does quality work when she actually handles the service herself instead of handing clients over to her trainees, her time management is poor, and she frequently cancels appointments. Recently, after receiving full payment, she’s been providing numerous excuses and enforcing a no-refund policy, but I’ve never seen a policy! For services she herself cancels—not the client. This is unprofessional, and she becomes unresponsive and dismissive once payment is made. Calls go unanswered, messages are ignored, and the issues continue. It’s disappointing to see so many similar reviews; I thought I was the only one experiencing this unprofessional issue.

Experience as of 9/9/24, Simone unprofessional, staff is NOT trained, and do not speak English. Once Simone took my money for package costing $1263.24 she become unreliable, not showing for up for my scheduled appointments, staff not skilled in providing services I paid for. Please be aware. Simone is narcissistic, telling me she wasn't responsible for my drainage being removed too early, she is a mother and I'm not her only client. "Why did you take my money for services you cannot provide Simone?"

There is a reason this place has such poor reviews. Just the act of making an appointment was a hassle, having to follow up with them, and them clearly not know their own schedule. I arrived the day my appointment was booked, was ringing the doorbell waiting, and ended up having to call to see what was going on. I was then told that no one was there, they were technically closed, and had to talk about the proof texts confirming the appointment for them to believe me, because she started saying my appointment probably wasn’t actually confirmed (it was). I was even asked to send a picture of what their own door sign said because it was contrary to what I was being told on the phone.
