SRQ Sports Rehab

I’ve been working out in the gym for the past several years. Recently, I’ve noticed low back tightness and pain with some movements. I met with Regi who listened to my concerns and started my session with dry needling. I felt instant relief afterwards. He then educated me on specific exercises and stretches to incorporate with my workout routine. I appreciated him taking photos of me doing the exercises so I can reference them. I had been dealing with a stubborn knot in my back that just wouldn’t go away, and I’m really glad I went to SRQ Sports Rehab. Regi was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to actually listen to what I was feeling, and explained everything clearly. Dr. Regi is an absolute professional and awesome human. I was in town the last month and have had neck pain and migraines/headaches that have been a consistent issue for the last 1.5 years. I haven’t been able to find any solid relief from these, but working with Regi I was able to finally see some real improvements. In particular, I love how he customized everything to me, taught me more about my own body, and went from hands on —> exercise program vs. other PTs I’ve seen who take a more “assembly line” approach. Biggest bummer is that I’m leaving town and can’t keep working with Regi, but I’ll be back to see him every time I visit!

Absolutely amazing experience! I came in with a stubborn hip flexor injury while training for the NYC Marathon, and thanks to Regi's help I was able to cross the finish line strong and pain-free. The sessions are always productive, the exercises and tools he uses are incredibly effective, and he’s truly knowledgeable. I actually look forward to going because I feel better every time I walk out!

Regi really is a magician!! A true professional and so nice as well. I went in with a bad muscle strain in my neck and after 2 sessions, with his massage techniques, exercises and dry needling, I’m feeling so much better now. The best physio I’ve had by far! Thanks again Regi!!
