I like the doctor. She sits and explains everything. Her staff needs to be changed. I am being charged for blood work I already did. I asked if they charge for telemed appointments, and they said no. I was on a telemed appointment for 10 minutes with Kelsey They documented it as 30 minutes. The appointment was 10 minutes and she told me to take more insulin if my sugar is high.I told her I am not doing such a thing because what if I went into a diabetic coma. Such horrible advice. Rather than say "let's get you with a diabetes educator or some type of feasible program- no take more insulin. I made a big issue with the office regarding this PA. Keep giving bad advice, so you can get sued.
