DO NOT GO HERE ESPECIALLY NOT DR.NEIL. He is nice but thats about all. I’ve been seeing them for a while he prescribes me a medicine and when I was out I called for two weeks before I finally was able to speak with someone just for them to tell me I am discharged because I still see my PCP not theirs. Totally out of my meds and unable to get in somewhere else for at least a month he refused to give me a last script. They didn’t give me a discharge plan, referrals for other doctors, a last prescription, nothing. They didn’t even call to tell me I was being discharged. I also work in healthcare and this is extremely rare I’ve never encountered such an unethical way of discharging a patient as a patient or in my professional life. If you don’t want to be caught in a situation like this please

Dr Stanley is the worst psychiatrist there is I tried to self advocate for myself and asked about the interaction with the medication propanol he put me on. He got extremely angry and told me since I wanna be my own doctor and I’m googling side effects of the medication. I can find a new psychiatrist and hung up on me via our video visit. I have been with this practice for the last seven years Dr Thompson was amazing. It’s a shame he left because this practice, and all the people here are garbage. He was the only sensible caring one that was there they won’t refill any of my prescriptions that I have been on for seven years and discharged me from the practice without a medication taper or warning I received no letter. AVOID. I had one yearly checkup with a doctor that went well. Before I came due for next year's follow up, the doctor left the practice. I contacted the office several times to try to reschedule, but only ever got a voicemail. None were returned, nor were my emails. I'll take my business to a practice that actually cares about my life, thank you very much.

A successful medical team. They are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Chelsea Thompson cares about patients and is nice to explain to them everything related to teeth. The medical team includes Mr. Steven Latif, professional and helpful. Mrs. Heather in the dental department is also very sympathetic and friendly. The front desk welcomes patients and listens to them. They are happy. They have a great style. I do not know their names. It is a great place and a successful medical team.

Could not care less about people's health. Called 4 times for 4 days to get an urgent appointment and no one called me back until the 4th day. Then the nurse claims she has no emergency appts available and I need to go to the urgent care. Basically for no reason. I suspect she didnt like being called out for incompetence, which she thinks is "not nice." Well, its also not nice to be sick and in need of antivirals begging for an appointment that she refused to give because her ego was butthurt. Do these people want you to be their patient? I doubt it. Receptionist says they are short staffed. That does nothing for my health. Don't waste your time here. I'm getting a new doctor.
