Dr. Reyes is truly exceptional. From day one, his kindness stood out. He has a calm, reassuring presence that immediately puts us at ease. You can tell he genuinely cares — not just about the medical outcome, but about the people he’s treating. What impressed me most is how hands-on he is. Dr. Reyes doesn’t delegate away the important conversations. He personally follows up, checks in, and makes sure you fully understand what’s going on. As a self-admitted helicopter dad, that meant everything to me. Knowing I could reach him — and that he would actually answer the phone at all hours of the night — provided a level of comfort that’s hard to put into words. My children feel so comfortable at Sprout. The office staff is courteous and welcoming. The nursing staff is friendly and thorough, setting everyone at ease. Dr. Reyes is always sure to include my children in the conversation regarding their plan of care. He is careful not to 'dumb down' his explanations while also ensuring that my child and I understand what is being said. After a recent visit, my preteen remarked 'I love that guy.'

The doctors at Sprout are truly patient and kind. My son has a very hard time at the doctor and often has complete meltdowns, over time he’s grown to trust the doctors here and cooperates far better than he ever did with our previous pediatrician. For that, I’m very grateful! However, our biggest frustration has been how illnesses are handled. When my kids are sick, it feels like treatment is consistently delayed and we’re told to “wait it out”. Almost every time, we end up returning a week later when they are significantly worse, only then to be prescribed antibiotics. It often feels less focused on early care and more on avoiding liability and additional visits billed to insurance. We loved Dr Reyes and were so sad to move away!! He was always so sweet and aware of our sensitive and stranger-aware baby. He would crouch down in the corner while we talked so she wouldn’t be scared! He responded to our first-time parent concerns with care and always took SO much time in the appointments to make sure I was comfortable and all questions were answered. The nurses were great and we loved the practice. They helped give us a quiet room for her to sleep in when she fell asleep in the car on the way there. Only downside is that you can’t nurse while your baby gets shots, which our new pediatrician does. This was pretty distressing for both of us a few times, especially when one (clearly newer/less experienced) nurse was taking a while to find the muscle in her leg and she got

Our family is so thankful to have Dr. Reyes overseeing our children's medical care. We came from another practice in town that grew very quickly and the quality of medical care declined SIGNIFICANTLY. Dr. Reyes' office was a breath of fresh air. It was so important to us that our children actually know their doctor (what a novel concept) and they totally get that at Sprout Pediatric Care. Dr. Reyes is so gentle and respectful with our children, taking his time with them and meeting them where they're at. He's even done well-child or sick visits sitting on the floor with them if that is where they are most comfortable. Dr. Reyes always provides education to us and our children so they can understand their own treatment in a very child-friendly manner. Everyone on his staff is also wonderful
