Springs Chiropractic is an amazing establishment. Their front office is so welcoming. I see them for medical massages. Ms. Ashley is very attentive.

This chiropractor has been a game-changer! The red light therapy and sound wave treatments have helped me feel better, faster. I’ve noticed less pain, more energy, and quicker recovery. The chiropractor is knowledgeable and truly listens, and the front desk staff is friendly and professional—they make every visit smooth and welcoming. I cannot even begin to explain how thankful I am for Dr. Knoche and Springs Chiropractic. I was on vacation and began to experience the worst upper back/neck pain I have ever had. I go to a chiropractor routinely in my hometown for sciatic pain/headaches, but this was something entirely new. Such a severe pain that it actually brought me to the emergency room earlier that day, as the pain was radiating through to my chest making it difficult to breathe. The ER staff told me chiropractic was not recommended (go figure), but I knew it was exactly what I needed. Springs Chiropractic was one of the few open businesses on a Friday, and from reading online reviews I felt it was my best option. I have been going to Dr.James for little over two and a half months. Had severe back, shoulder, and knee pain. Have seen significant improvement In all areas. Also has given me relief for migraines and has helped my Insomnia problem. Dr. James is super nice and so is the entire staff, which makes for a very pleasant atmosphere. I have been to other Acupuncturist, but he is by far the best. I would highly recommend him.
