I've been getting messages from Keith for 9 years. In the past, massage therapists would only address the muscles, not stretch the connective tissue, such as the tendons. Also, certain techniques are done to release or relax the muscles to reach the affected area and / or tight muscles. Some of these exercises I take home with me strengthening that give relief and comfort. I am very grateful and thankful.
