Springfield Urgent Care - Highland

Everyone was very nice. Including the pa. But i think he could have been a little more attentive to my condition. He came in introduced himself listen to my chest and said yep you got the beginnings of bronchitis. No breathing treatment , no chest exray. Just you should feel better in a few days. Like I said he was nice, just needs a little more empathy towards patients.

A little bit of wait but is expected at a walk in urgent care facility. Staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful. Very professional with tending to my cut and giving stitches.

Saw Sarah - she was thorough, listened to my concerns and was kind during the whole visit. Karen at front desk was spectacular, super friendly and made check-in a breeze Would recommend this clinic always and will definitely be coming back for myself or family for urgent care needs!

Have been here twice. They took great care of my elderly mom. Very patient and caring staff. Unfortunately, I was billed and paid through my HSA. Then, realized they also charged my credit card on file. I have called the office several times, which does not get answered, and left messages two times regarding the situation and nobody has called me back. Please let me know how to get refunded.

We’ve been here 3 times in the last couple of months and we’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to get called into a room. All doctors and nurses are very kind and caring. We are new to the area and I’ve never experienced such a quick and easy urgent care experience over and over.
