I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my daughter and I received today. We came in for a scheduled physical where my 12-year-old was supposed to receive her vaccines. Like many children, she became emotional and started crying out of nervousness about getting shots, which is completely normal. The nurse, Mary (RN), who was assigned to administer the vaccines, was very rude and showed no patience or compassion. We were in the exam room for less than three minutes before she abruptly walked out and said to “let her know when we’re ready” and that we could wait in the lobby. I came in early for my son visit appointment, Me and my son was the one who comes in first and after 20mins there’s another mom with her son came in. We waited for more than 30mins and yet they called in first the other mom even though we were there first. This Spanish lady was so rude to me and my son, my kid is autistic and he’s afraid of doctors, while checking his weight she’s so bossy and rude!! You’re working with kids you need to be more friendly and approachable, also some kids has special needs you should be nice to your patient!! She reasoned me out that she doesn’t know my son is autistic, well how can you work there without knowing your patients history!!

I have been here for 19 years and I have never had a bad experience. This is a great place because they take there time with every patient and let you ask questions and always clarify if you misunderstood. Their secretaries are always asking if you need help or need anything they are the best and are always ready to help. They are also really good since they talk several languages which helps a lot. Since I have had my both sons there for so long Dr. Lozano is the best choice for me since he is nice, respectful, trustable, and extremely helpful. This is a great place to go to I really recommend it if you want great service and good doctors. Springfield Pediatrics

This facility is ridiculous!! First you can never get through by phone, no answer & and no answering machine. If the child’s file has been inactive they will refuse to provide an appointment. How does that even make sense!!?? My child gets their physicals elsewhere because this facility never has availability…. Now that my child actually has an issue and needs to see a doctor they won’t see them….

I’ve been coming here since my kids were born. Dr.Lozano is an amazing doctor ! He did a good job and kept my kids comfortable and gave great life advice. The nurse Javier greeted us and was super friendly, I definitely recommend coming here.
