I've had nothing but great experiences at Dr.Patels dental office. Very clean and well-organized, scheduling is convenient, and the entire team is friendly and professional (my personal interactions). My visits have been easy and stress-free. Especially since I finally gave in and accepted the fact that I need/needed braces lol.. Overall I am pleased.

I have been a patient at Dr. Patel’s office for several years. Dr. Patel himself is always friendly and talkative, but unfortunately my overall experience has become extremely disappointing and concerning. First, the hygienist is consistently rude and makes you feel terrible about your dental health. During one visit, I was told I had nine cavities and was even told it was “disgusting.” I trusted their judgment and got all the fillings done. Since the last filling in August, I’ve had ongoing tooth sensitivity and pain. When I brought this up, Dr. Patel blamed everything on me grinding my teeth instead of addressing the issue. I wish I could give this place zero stars. This is one of the most unprofessional, disorganized establishments I’ve ever dealt with. I made three separate appointments and was never seen once. Every visit came with a new excuse: my appointment “wasn’t in the system” or the dentist “wasn’t there.” They clearly overbook, have no idea how to manage a schedule, and show zero respect for patients’ time. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and quick to blame everyone else for their own miscommunication. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. Total waste of time.

He over charges patients more than the insurance . The cleaning was horrible and was not thorough. A literal 5 minute cleaning. They don’t know how to schedule. The doctor bad mouths his employees. The doctor was rude. I would not recommend!

I have not been to the dentist yet, but the staff is horrible! They are rude and just blame the other person for any "mis-communication". I called them to ask if they are accepting new patients, they said they were. Once I added them as my primary care provider (which took a month), first I couldn't get through them because they were always out of office. When I finally got through, I was told that they are accepting new patients but they have a 5 months waiting list for even the simplest check up. Don't accept new patients if you are so back logged!
