Labor & Delivery Department I delivered my baby at this hospital on 01/22/2026, and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. Dr. Staci McHale has been my OBGYN from the very beginning of my pregnancy up to now, and I am beyond grateful for her. I can’t thank her enough for taking such amazing care of me and for the incredible job she did delivering my baby despite the cord being wrapped around his neck. Thank God, and thank you Dr. McHale, for a safe vaginal delivery of my 8.02 lb baby. She made me feel calm and comfortable throughout labor, even with the intense pressure and pain. Knowing she was there made all the difference. I also want to thank my amazing Labor & Delivery nurses: Caitlin RN, Yareli RN, and another RN who is Filipina (I wish I remembered her name).

I would like to recognize Pre-Op Nurse Jennifer Bides for the exceptional care she gave me during my surgery yesterday. From the moment I arrived in the post-op area, everything was ready for me and I was treated with such kindness and attention. I was feeling very nervous about my surgery, but she made me feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. Before I was rolled into the operating room, she gave me a hug — and that simple gesture meant more to me than she probably realizes. In that moment, it brought me so much peace and reassurance. Thank you, Jennifer, for your compassion and for going above and beyond. You truly made a difference in my experience.

Everyone whom I was in contact with was pleasant and helpful. When I arrived, an African American female security guard greeted me with a wheelchair when she saw me hopping on my walker to approach the building. I don't recall her name; which is why I'm even mentioning her nationality to help in acknowledging who she is. She got the admission form for me to complete and returned it for me since it was too painful for me to walk. The staff who completed my registration process was also kind and professional. The NP who serviced me was friendly, professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. The staff who wheeled me into the Diagnostic Radiology & Ultrasound Depts and the staff that serviced me in those Depts. were also kind and considerate. Excellent hospital. I am a retired physician and this was my 4th admission for an elective surgery in the past 8 years. The entire process from checking in to discharge was very efficient. The staff from the nurses to the physicians were outstanding. The hospital is very clean and very well organized. The instructions are detailed along with the preop workup to the postop instructions, follow up and care. This is my favorite hospital in Las Vegas. Their billing is standard and customary with zero surprises and very fair. An overall fantastic experience!

Fantastic experience all around. Dr. Jake from the surgery center went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Dion from the emergency department did a fantastic job finding a vein that many others could not. Jon and Berdi from PT are excellent, and they took good care of me. However, the entire third floor was genuinely amazing. I have never had this level of care in all my previous surgery experiences. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Gina, from room 361.
