Spring Valley Drug & Hardware

Every experience I've had there is a pleasure. The owner and pharmacist, Matt is very knowledgeable and goes "above and beyond". The staff is courteous and friendly too! It's awesome to have a drug store and hardware store in town. Super convenient and saves from having to take 40 mile round trips.

Overall my experience today was almost great. I went into the hardware section, the gentleman up there was more than willing to assist even though he had a bit of an attitude towards me. I got the hardware I was looking for and headed down towards the register and remembered I needed oil. I asked the lady at the counter and she pointed me up in the direction of the hardware again. The gentleman in the hardware section again showed me exactly where it was which wasn't necessary but okay. As I was looking at the motor oil, I could hear the woman and the gentleman at the cash register talking about stereotyping me. I decided to not get oil there. I get it's a small town, but I have been here my entire life. Only going back one more time tomorrow to return the item that I got. Very very disapp

Always friendly faces here. Well stocked for a small town hardware. Also nice selection of household goods and supplies. Pharmacy is also a nice feature for a small town

Matt is so genuine and helpful. He helped me resolve my monthly ongoing supply problem with a national shortage of my medications. Every month I would get so stressed out about it, now I just call Matt and he has the supply and fills the script. God Bless You

Very disappointed with the signage about the masks at the door. Obviously it’s your business and you can make the rules but the rudeness is just unnecessary. Maybe you think it’s funny or just don’t care what your customers think. I used to come to the store for both pharmacy and hardware needs but I will find somewhere else to go from now on. And I’ll be sure to let my family and friends know they are also not very welcome. Sad to see such a thing in our small town.
