Spring Lake Rehabilitation Center

Spring Lake Rehabilitation Center was incredibly supportive. The therapists were friendly, attentive and kept me motivated throughout every session. I especially appreciated the personalized physical therapy program and the gentle approach to pain management. The environment felt welcoming and the staff always answered my questions promptly. I left feeling confident in my recovery. Highly recommend.

Facility is clean and the staff is friendly and extremely kind. Would like to see the food menu have more variety for the patients. I see the same food items on the menu and I know everyone needs variety in their diet and cannot consume the same foods for health reasons.

Please fix your menu to be more kidney friendly. My family member is a patient at this facility and he has bad kidneys, so he's limited on what he can eat. This message is for whoever makes decisions at the facility.There are many seniors that have the same medical problem and are limited on what they can eat. Please consider this and fix the menu so they don't have to eat the same things every day. Thank you and Happy New Year!

My father was here for rehab. While the rehab staff were amazing, the nursing staff was not. A nurses incompetent error led to my father becoming septic and ultimately cost him his life.

This place caused the downfall and ultimately the death of my grandmother. The staff is lazy, rooms left dirty. She suffered from a UTI for 2 weeks untreated, she went septic and she was gone. They let her go days without eating. It amazes me this place is still operating.
