Move to Kansas a year ago we had to find a dentist. So we just chose the one that was right next to us. And we hit a gold mine. The doctor is amazing, very patient and explains everything. Never in a rush to make you feel like you gotta get In-N-Out of there. The staff is very professional. Very nice to work with and very patient Thank you smile center for all the help and patience. I normally don’t like going to the dentist because of past experiences, but with going to Dr Walker at Springhill smiles was the best experience I have ever had. Everyone was so kind and understanding that I would recommend going to her anytime you need a Dentist. She was so warm and friendly and I finally found a dentist I like going to.

I am reluctant to say so, but I would strongly recommend anyone not use this dentist office. I’d like to share my experience here. I have been going here while it was owned and operated by Dr. Echols. When it was purchased by the new dentist, I saw her as well, and had pleasant experiences. However. After trying to pay my bill several times over the phone (they dont offer online bill pay) and being told that they would reach out to insurance first then they never call me back, today I called back yet again (3rd time here if you can believe it) because they never reach out and I want to ensure my bills are accounted for, after a back and forth with the receptionist who answered the phone informed me that the bill was going to go to collections but instead they decided to waive it. Went in for a cleaning and eval and the experience was outstanding. I was in and out in a timely manner as well. Had great conversation, friendly smiles and welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

First time I made an appointment was for a consultation. Couple days later I called back to see if they had an opening for a single issue of tooth pain. Very nice visit got me antibiotics and gave me information for someone else to do an extraction. (Wasn’t aware they didn’t do extractions but that was ok) Next appointment was briefly discussed as I had expected to keep it because it was a consultation and I wanted to get my other teeth looked at. I show up for my appointment at 8:00am and they don’t have me on the schedule. They took me off without notifying me from any of the information they already took from me. What a joke.
