Horrible and unorganized! Took over a week to get my medication the first time and after trying to get a refill I was done with this place! If I could give no stars I would!

I recently started a new medication and my locally pharmacy would unable to fill the prescription for at least a month. A friend on the same medication referred me to Spring Green. With just 1 phone call and within a few hours, they had contacted my old pharmacy, transferred the prescription, set up my profile with all the insurance information and set up delivery. I was even able to pay virtually. The very next day, my meds were delivered to me!! That is just amazing service!! Thank you.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They never send the payment link when they say they are it takes forever to get them to finally send out my meds I always have to call multiple times to get anything done

This has to be the worst pharmacy to deal with the employees are so rude & they act like they don't have time to deal with you & my prescription gets delivered to my door & my prescription envelope is unsealed. Have expressed this & they just don't care at all. Working on finding a different pharmacy.

Whoever is in the other end of their texts has terrible customer service skills, I ask one question and get a ridiculous response, will never get another dime from me
